Below you will find Biosfääri’s guidelines on equality, safety and problem situations at events. The same document also includes updated safer space principles. The Equality Officer of 2023 has drawn up guidelines together with the then Equality Officers of the member organisations. In particular, Biosfääri recommends all event organisers, event security personnel and harassment contact people to familiarise themselves with the guidelines.
The instructions also contain a link to the Space information document, to which it would be desirable to add accessibility and equality information from different event spaces as events take place on the premises. This would make the information easily available to event organisers in the future for event descriptions. In practice, therefore, any student visiting the premises can edit the document and add information to it!
